Reflecting on my growth journey, I've been fortunate from a young age to encounter various disciplines such as Taoist breathing techniques, yoga, psychology, martial arts, and Yi studies. I've always been deeply interested in the wisdom of mind, body, and spirit.
We humans know very little about the world, much like how 95% of the universe is dark matter, or how the exact value of an irrational measure remains unknown. In comparison, I am even more insignificant. Therefore, I believe that expanding the boundaries of our knowledge and capabilities is an eternal theme in both human and personal development. Hence, every day for me is a practice. What others see as challenging hurdles, I view as opportunities for growth, which brings me immense joy.
I've always been interested in the relationship between the environment and human health, backed by systematic training in science and design. I hold an undergraduate degree in urban planning and worked as an urban planner for eight years. I also have a master's degree in Landscape and Wellbeing. Additionally, I am a disciple of the Taoist Jingming Sect and specialising in Taoist talismans and rituals. And I'm the 13th generation heir of the Lv Dongbin Fushan Feng Shui. I am also a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner in the UK. The combination of Yi studies and science gives me a unique perspective, helping others solve problems. My ability lies in helping everyone enhance their energy frequency, ensuring we all make daily progress and live in peace, happiness, and joy.
