Reflecting on my growth journey, I've been fortunate from a young age to explore various disciplines, including Taoist breathing techniques, yoga, psychology, martial arts, and Yi studies. I've always been deeply drawn to the wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit.
As humans, our understanding of the world is limited—much like the 95% of the universe that is dark matter, or the elusive value of an irrational number. This realisation fuels my belief that expanding the boundaries of our knowledge and abilities is a perpetual theme in both human and personal development. For me, each day is an opportunity for practice and growth. I see what others may perceive as daunting challenges as opportunities for growth, which brings me immense joy.
My interest in the relationship between the environment and human health has been supported by systematic training in science and design. I hold an undergraduate in Urban Planning and worked as an urban planner for eight years. I also have a Master's degree in Landscape and Wellbeing. Beyond these, I am a disciple of the Taoist Jingming Sect, specialising in Taoist talismans and rituals, and the 13th-generation heir of the Lv Dongbin Fushan Feng Shui tradition. In addition, I am a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner in the UK. The integration of Yi studies and science offers me a unique perspective, enabling me to assist others in solving problems. My strength lies in helping others elevate their energy frequency, ensuring that we all make daily progress and live in peace, happiness, and joy.
